Where should I send my damaged phone for repairs upon approval of my claim application?

If there is no Igloo panel near your location, you may have your device repaired at any service center, whether it is a local provider or an authorized service provider for your phone brand.


While it is not mandatory to use our accredited panel, we kindly request that you ensure the repair shop you choose is officially registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and specializes in phone repair services.


If your phone is still under warranty, it is recommended that you send it to an authorized service center to avoid voiding your warranty.
