What is the claim process for Mobile Protection?

Modified on Fri, 16 Feb at 9:32 AM

At Mobile Protection, we understand how important your phone is to you, which is why we offer a comprehensive protection plan that covers accidental physical impact and accidental spillage of liquid. In the event that your phone is damaged, our claim process is designed to be simple and hassle-free. Here's what you need to know:

Step 1: Submit a claim application

To start the claim process, you'll need to submit a claim application. This should include a description of the damage, as well as a file upload of a photo of your damaged phone with the IMEI number visible on the screen. If your phone is unable to power on or display the IMEI number, you'll need to upload a video demonstrating this, as well as a photo of the IMEI number located on either the SIM card slot or the phone's packaging.

Step 2: Get your phone repaired

Once your claim application has been approved, you can proceed to one of our Igloo Panels or any SSM-registered repair shops that specialize in phone repairs. They will assess the damage and carry out the necessary repairs to get your phone back to working order.

Step 3: Submit a claim reimbursement

After your phone has been repaired, you'll need to submit a claim reimbursement. This should include a photo of your repaired phone with the IMEI number visible on the screen, a copy of the repair receipt that includes the SSM registration number and IMEI number, and your bank account details for claim reimbursement.

We hope that this guide has been helpful in explaining our claim process for Mobile Protection. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.
