How do I submit a claim application? (PG Mall - Mobile Protect)

The steps of submitting a claim application are stated as follows:

1) Visit https://igloocare-my.iglooinsure.com/login.

2) Log in with your registered mobile number and key in the One-Time Password (OTP). 

3) Select the policy and benefits you wish to claim.

4) Prepare the following documentation.

5) Input the required details of damage.

6) Provide photos of the damaged mobile phone with IMEI number.

7) Select your repair location.

8) Tick on the terms.

9) Review information and submit claim request.

10) Your application has been submitted successfully.

11) You can refer to "My Application" page for claim application history.
