The Mobile Protection Service cannot be cancelled after the delivery of the mobile phone and the confirmation of delivery order completion on the PG Mall platform i.e. when you click “order received” on the PG Mall application or the order is deemed to be received.
You will receive a refund if you
- Cancel mobile phone order before shipping
- Reject the order before delivery (of both Mobile phone and cover)
- haven’t clicked ‘Order Received’
