What is my deductible when I file a claim?

The deductible amount is fixed at the rate of RM75.00. 

For example,
if the repair of the screen costs RM800.00 and the deductible amount is RM75.00.

The claims amount: [Repair cost – Deductible]: RM800 – RM75.00= RM725.00. Therefor, the claim amount is RM725.00 

Apakah bayaran lebihan saya apabila saya membuat tuntutan?

Jumlah bayaran lebihan adalah tetap pada kadar RM75.00. 

Contohnya, 

Jika kos pembaikan skrin adalah RM800.00 dan jumlah bayaran lebihan adalah RM75.00.

Jumlah tuntutan adalah: [Kos pembaikan – Bayaran lebihan]: RM800 – RM75.00 = RM725.00. Oleh itu, jumlah tuntutan adalah RM725.00.
