What is my deductible when I file a claim?

The deductible amount is 10% of the purchase price of the mobile phone paid by the customer for each claim. For example, if the phone price is RM2,000 and the repair cost is RM800. 

The calculation is as per below:

Deductible: [Phone price x 10%]: RM2,000 x 10% = RM200

The claims amount: [Repair cost – Deductible]: RM800 – RM200 = RM600

Apakah potongan saya apabila saya mengemukakan tuntutan?

Jumlah boleh ditolak adalah 10% daripada harga pembelian telefon bimbit yang dibayar oleh pelanggan untuk setiap tuntutan. Sebagai contoh, jika harga telefon adalah RM2,000 dan kos pembaikan adalah RM800. Pengiraannya adalah seperti berikut:

Boleh ditolak: [Harga telefon x 10%]: RM2,000 x 10% = RM200
Jumlah tuntutan: [Kos pembaikan – Boleh ditolak]: RM800 – RM200 = RM600
