What is my deductible when I file a claim?

The deductible amount is 20% of the purchase price of the small appliance paid by the customer if its price is below RM200, and 5% if its price is RM200 and above.

For example, if the small appliance's price is RM500 and the repair cost is RM100. Since the price of product is above RM200, the calculation is as per below:

Deductible: [Small Appliance's price x 5%]: RM500 x 5% = RM25

The claims amount: [Repair cost – Deductible]: RM100 – RM25 = RM75

Berapakah jumlah potongan saya apabila saya membuat tuntutan?

Jumlah potongan adalah 20% daripada harga pembelian peralatan kecil yang dibayar oleh pelanggan jika harganya di bawah RM200, dan 5% jika harganya RM200 ke atas.

Sebagai contoh, jika harga peralatan kecil adalah RM500 dan kos pembaikan adalah RM100. Oleh kerana harga produk adalah lebih daripada RM200, pengiraannya adalah seperti berikut:

Potongan: [Harga Peralatan Kecil x 5%]: RM500 x 5% = RM25
Jumlah tuntutan: [Kos Pembaikan – Potongan]: RM100 – RM25 = RM75
