To activate the Cracked Screen Protection policy, you can follow these steps:

1. Download and install the Igloo application from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
2. Choose the option, "Shopee Customer".
3. Register / login to the app with your mobile number.
4. Enter with your mobile number and OTP.
5. You will be prompted with "Before We Start" pop-up message. Click "OK, got it"
6. Enter redemption code and proceed with activation
7. Enter your personal contact details and device's IMEI number. Note: Dial *#06# to retrieve your device's IMEI number.
8. Verify the condition of your device with any of the following 2 methods:
Method 1: Taking a photo of your device using another device
Method 2: Taking a photo of your device using a mirror
9. Submit Activation
10. Once activation has been submitted, you can now wait for the approval.

Note:
i) Please register the redemption code within 14 days of purchase.
ii) One (1) redemption code can only provide coverage for one (1) mobile device.
iii) You are able to apply up to five (5) redemption codes per policy.

Untuk mengaktifkan polisi Perlindungan Skrin Retak, anda boleh mengikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

1. Muat turun dan pasang aplikasi Igloo dari Apple App Store, Google Play Store, atau Huawei AppGallery.
2. Pilih pilihan ""Pelanggan Shopee"".
3. Daftar masuk / daftar ke aplikasi dengan nombor telefon mudah alih anda.
4. Masukkan nombor telefon anda dan OTP.
5. Anda akan diminta dengan mesej pop-up ""Sebelum Kita Mula"". Klik ""OK, faham""
6. Masukkan kod penebusan dan teruskan dengan pengaktifan.
7. Masukkan butiran peribadi anda dan nombor IMEI peranti anda. Nota: Dial *#06# untuk mendapatkan nombor IMEI peranti anda.
8. Sahkan keadaan peranti anda dengan salah satu dari dua cara berikut:
Metod 1: Ambil gambar peranti anda menggunakan peranti lain.
Metod 2: Ambil gambar peranti anda menggunakan cermin.
9. Hantar Pengaktifan.
10. Setelah pengaktifan diserahkan, anda boleh menunggu kelulusan.

Nota:
i) Sila daftarkan kod penebusan dalam tempoh 14 hari selepas pembelian.
ii) Satu (1) kod penebusan hanya menyediakan liputan untuk satu (1) peranti mudah alih.
iii) Anda boleh menggunakan sehingga lima (5) kod penebusan per polisi.
