How do I submit a claim?

The steps to submit a claim application are stated as follows


1.  Visit https://igloocare-my.iglooinsure.com/login.

2.  Log in with your registered mobile number and key in the One-Time Password (OTP).

3.  Select the policy and benefits you wish to claim.

4.  Input the required details in the claim e-form and provide photos of the damaged mobile phone with the IMEI number.

5.  Select preferred repair location – and city.

6.  Review information and submit claim request.

7.  IglooCare service centre(s) nearest to the preferred location will be suggested via Igloo platform, or visit any non IglooCare service centre nearest to your location.


Bagaimana cara untuk mengemukakan tuntutan?


Anda boleh mengemukakan permohonan tuntutan melalui portal penjagaan diri di https://igloocare-my.iglooinsure.com:
1. Lawati https://igloocare-my.iglooinsure.com/login.
2. Log masuk dengan nombor telefon yang didaftarkan dan masukkan Kata Laluan Sekali Guna (OTP).
3. Pilih polisi dan manfaat yang ingin anda tuntut.
4. Masukkan maklumat yang diperlukan dalam borang tuntutan dan sediakan gambar telefon bimbit yang rosak beserta nombor IMEI.
5. Pilih lokasi dan bandar pembaikan yang diingini.
6. Semak maklumat dan hantar permohonan tuntutan.
7. Pusat servis IglooCare yang terdekat dengan lokasi pilihan anda akan dicadangkan melalui platform Igloo, atau lawati mana-mana pusat servis bukan IglooCare yang terdekat dengan lokasi anda.
