You may submit the claim application via the self-care portal at the Igloo application following these steps:
1. Log in to the Igloo application with your registered mobile number and key in the One-Time Password (OTP).
2. Select the policy and the benefits that you wish to claim.
3. Input the required details in the claim e-form and provide photos of the damaged mobile phone with the IMEI number. Ensure the photos are clear and sharp.
4. Select the preferred repair location - and city.
5. Review information and submit the claim request once assured.
6. IglooCare service centre(s) nearest to the preferred location will be suggested via the Igloo platform. If you are unable to access the nearest official IglooCare service centres, you can visit any non-IglooCare service centres near you.
