Yes, the submission of claims must be made in accordance with the claim process under the "How to Claim" tab by no later than seven (7) working days from the date of the incident causing accidental cracked screen damage to the front screen of the mobile phone.

Ya, tuntutan perlu dibuat mengikut proses tuntutan di bawah tab "Cara Tuntutan" tidak lewat daripada tujuh (7) hari bekerja dari tarikh kejadian yang menyebabkan kerosakan skrin retak secara tidak sengaja kepada skrin depan telefon bimbit.
