Bagaimana saya mengaktifkan Perlindungan Skrin Pecah?

1) Download and install the Igloo app from Apple app store, GooglePlay store or Huawei app store

1) Muat turun dan pasang aplikasi Igloo dari Apple App Store, GooglePlay Store atau Huawei App Store.

2) Choose "Shopee Customer"

2) Pilih "Pelanggan Shopee".

3) Register / login to the app with your mobile number

3) Daftar / log masuk ke aplikasi dengan nombor telefon anda.

4) Enter with your mobile number and OTP

4) Masukkan nombor telefon dan OTP anda.

5) You will be prompted with a "Before We Start" pop-up message. Click on "OK, GOT IT".

5) Anda akan menerima mesej pop-up "Before We Start". Klik pada "OK, GOT IT".

6) Enter redemption code and proceed with activation

Note:

i) Please register redemption code within 14 days purchase

ii) 1 redemption code can only provides coverage for 1 mobile device

iii) Able to apply up to 5 redemption code per policy

6) Masukkan kod penebusan dan teruskan dengan pengaktifan.

Nota:

i) Sila daftarkan kod penebusan dalam masa 14 hari selepas pembelian.

ii) 1 kod penebusan hanya boleh memberikan perlindungan untuk 1 peranti mudah alih.

iii) Boleh memohon sehingga 5 kod penebusan setiap polisi.

7)Enter your personal contact details and device's IMEI number

Note: Dial *#06# to retrieve your device's IMEI number

7) Masukkan butiran hubungan peribadi anda dan nombor IMEI peranti.

Nota: Dail *#06# untuk mendapatkan nombor IMEI peranti anda.

8) Verify the condition of your device with any of the following 2 methods:

8) Sahkan keadaan peranti anda dengan salah satu daripada 2 kaedah berikut:

Method 1: Take a photo of your device with a second device

Kaedah 1: Ambil foto peranti anda dengan peranti kedua.

Method 2: Take a photo of your device with a mirror

Kaedah 2: Ambil foto peranti anda dengan cermin.

9) Submit Activation

9) Hantar Pengaktifan.

10) You will be prompted with "Activation Submitted" will need to wait for approval

10) Anda akan menerima mesej "Activation Submitted" dan perlu menunggu kelulusan.
