Bagaimana saya mengaktifkan polisi saya?

The steps of activating Igloo protection plan are stated as follows:

Langkah-langkah untuk mengaktifkan pelan perlindungan Igloo adalah seperti berikut:

1. Login to Igloo portal with registered phone number and one-time password (OTP) for activation.

1. Log masuk ke portal Igloo dengan nombor telefon yang didaftarkan dan kata laluan sekali guna (OTP) untuk pengaktifan.

2. T&C will appear. Click "OK, Got it".

2. Terma dan Syarat (T&C) akan muncul. Klik "OK, Faham".

3. The “Activate Your Policy” message will pop-up, asking you to prepare:

1. The National Registration Identity Card (NRIC).
2. International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number.

    Click on the “Got it! Start MyActivation Now” button.

3. Mesej “Aktifkan Polisi Anda” akan muncul, meminta anda menyediakan:

   - Kad Pengenalan Malaysia (NRIC).

   - Nombor Identifikasi Peralatan Mudah Alih Antarabangsa (IMEI).

   Klik pada butang “"Faham! Mulakan Pengaktifan Saya Sekarang."

4. Fill up the details in the Activation Form screen.

4. Isi butiran dalam skrin Borang Pengaktifan.

5. Click Details of Protected Item and fill up the insured device details i.e., Phone Model and the IMEI number. Proceed to click on the “Continue” button.

5. Klik "Details of Protected Item" dan isi butiran peranti yang diinsuranskan, iaitu Model Telefon dan nombor IMEI. Kemudian klik butang “Teruskan”.

6. Under "Review and Submit". Then, click on the “I Agree” button and proceed to click on the Submit button.

6. Di bawah "Review and Submit", klik pada butang “Saya Setuju” dan terus klik pada butang Submit.

7. You will be prompted with a notification status “Your policy has been activated successfully!”

7. Anda akan menerima notifikasi status “Polisi anda telah diaktifkan dengan berjaya!”
