How do I activate my policy?

The steps of activating Igloo protection plan are stated as follows


1.  Click ‘Order Received’ in the Lazada order detail page for the Mobile Phone 

2.  Status will change from ‘Not Yet Issued’  to  ‘Activated’ after you have confirmed the order on the order detail page

3.  Receive activation link https://gadget-lazada-customer.iglooinsure.com/ via sms or email from Igloo

4.  Log in to Igloo with a registered phone number and one-time password (OTP) for activation.

5.  Fill in your phone’s IMEI number.

Langkah-langkah untuk mengaktifkan pelan perlindungan Igloo adalah seperti berikut:
1. Klik ‘Order Received’ pada halaman butiran pesanan Lazada untuk Telefon Bimbit.
2. Status akan berubah daripada ‘Not Yet Issued’ kepada ‘Activated’ selepas anda mengesahkan pesanan di halaman butiran pesanan.
3. Terima pautan pengaktifan https://gadget-lazada-customer.iglooinsure.com/ melalui SMS atau emel daripada Igloo.
4. Log masuk ke Igloo dengan nombor telefon yang didaftarkan dan kata laluan sekali guna (OTP) untuk pengaktifan.
5. Isikan nombor IMEI telefon anda.
