What happens if I don’t register the policy within 14 days after I receive the activation code? (Shopee - Mobile Protection)

Your policy will lapse if it is not activated within 14 days of receiving the activation code.

However, do not fret! If you miss the deadline but still wish to activate your policy, simply email us at cs.my@iglooinsure.com. Our Igloo Customer Service representative will guide you through the process.
 


Apakah yang berlaku sekiranya saya tidak mendaftarkan polisi dalam masa 14 hari selepas saya menerima kod pengaktifan? 


Polisi anda akan luput jika anda tidak mengaktifkannya selepas 14 hari dari tarikh anda menerima kod pengaktifan.

Sekiranya anda ingin mengaktifkan polisi anda selepas 14 hari berlalu, anda boleh meminta untuk mengaktifkan polisi anda dengan menghantar e-mel permintaan ke cs.my@iglooinsure.com. Wakil Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Igloo kami akan membantu anda.
