Your policy will lapse if you did not activate it after 14 days from the date you have received the activation code.
In case, you wish to activate your policy once the 14 days lapses, you may request to activate your policy by sending a request email to cs.my@iglooinsure.com. Our Igloo Customer Service representative will assist you.
