What is my deductible when I file a claim? (PG Mall - Mobile Protection)

The deductible amount is 10% of the purchase price of the mobile phone paid by the customer for each claim.

For example, if the phone price is RM2,000 and the repair cost is RM800. The calculation is as per below:

Deductible: [Phone price x 10%]: RM2,000 x 10% = RM200
The claims amount: [Repair cost – Deductible]: RM800 – RM200 = RM600
