What happens if there is no repair shop nearer to my house location?

Once you have received confirmation that your application has been approved, you may send your damaged phone to our authorized IglooCare service center for repair. If there is no authorized IglooCare service center available at your location, you can send your phone to any official repair shop (registered with SSM) and it will be on a pay and claim basis. The non IglooCare repair shop must be a legitimate repair shop that has incorporated with SSM business license and is in the business of repairing phones.
