What happens if there is no IglooCare repair shop nearer to my house location? (PG Mall - Mobile Protection)

You can send your phone to any official repair shop (registered with SSM) and it will be on a pay-and-claim basis. The non-IglooCare repair shop must be a legitimate repair shop that has incorporated with an SSM business license and is in the business of repairing phones. Once the repair has been completed, please proceed to submit your claim reimbursement via our self-care portal and follow the step-by-step guidance as stated in the portal.
