1. Visit https://igloocare-my.iglooinsure.com/login.
2. Log in with your registered mobile number and key in the One-Time Password (OTP).

2. Log masuk dengan nombor telefon mudah alih yang didaftarkan dan masukkan Kata Laluan Sekali Guna (OTP).
3. Select "My Application" and click "Submit Repair Information".
3. Pilih "Permohonan Saya" dan klik "Hantar Maklumat Pembaikan".
4. Prepare the necessary documentation.
4. Sediakan dokumentasi yang diperlukan.
5. Upload the required documentations and photo and key-in total amount repair.
5. Muat naik dokumen dan foto yang diperlukan serta masukkan jumlah kos pembaikan.
6. Key-in your bank account details and click "Submit".
6. Masukkan butiran akaun bank anda dan klik "Hantar".
7. Your will be prompted with notification status "Your repair information has been submitted successfully".
7. Anda akan menerima notifikasi status "Maklumat pembaikan anda telah dihantar dengan berjaya".
