How does the claims process work?

1. Notify Chubb within 7 working days if there's any accidental damage or theft. Report any 

theft to the police within the same timeframe.

2. Visit https://gadget-lazada-customer.iglooinsure.com/?source=en

3. Log in with your registered mobile number and key in the One-Time Password (OTP).

4. Select the Service Contract and benefits you wish to claim.

5. Input the required details in the claim e-form and provide photos of damaged 

product from top, bottom and side view with IMEI/Serial num (for damage) or police report 

(for theft)

6. Select preferred repair location – and city.

7. Review information and submit claim request.

8. Once approved, Chubb will advise on the next steps


Bagaimana proses tuntutan berfungsi?


1. Maklumkan kepada Chubb dalam masa 7 hari bekerja sekiranya terdapat kerosakan atau kecurian yang tidak disengajakan. Laporkan sebarang kecurian kepada polis dalam tempoh masa yang sama.  
2. Kunjungi https://gadget-lazada-customer.iglooinsure.com/?source=en.
3. Log masuk dengan nombor telefon berdaftar anda dan masukkan Kata Laluan Sekali Pakai (OTP).
4. Pilih Kontrak Perkhidmatan dan faedah yang anda ingin tuntut.
5. Isi maklumat yang diperlukan dalam borang tuntutan e-dan berikan foto produk yang rosak dari pandangan atas, bawah dan sisi dengan nombor IMEI/Serial (untuk kerosakan) atau laporan polis (untuk kecurian).
6. Pilih lokasi pembaikan yang diingini - dan bandar.
7. Semak maklumat dan hantar permohonan tuntutan.
8. Setelah diluluskan, Chubb akan memberi nasihat mengenai langkah seterusnya.
