Is there a time limit for submitting a claim?

Yes, the submission of claims must be made in accordance with the claim process under the "How to Claim" tab by no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of the incident causing the allergic reaction from the consumption of the purchased product. 

Adakah terdapat had masa untuk mengemukakan tuntutan?

Ya, tuntutan hendaklah dibuat mengikut proses tuntutan yang tertera di bawah tab "Bagaimana Cara Tuntutan" tidak lewat dari empat belas (14) hari dari tarikh kejadian yang menyebabkan reaksi alergi akibat pengambilan produk yang dibeli.
