How do I know if my Allergy Protection cover is active?

Button 'Order Received' is clicked/automatically set by the system > Activate using the activation URL provided via Whatsapp, SMS or Email > Coverage is active > Valid to claim

If you did not follow the steps above upon receiving your purchased item(s), we are sorry to break it to you, but your coverage is inactive.

In order for your coverage to be active, our Service Provider will send you an email with a provisional service contract and an activation URL, once your purchased item(s) has been successfully received. Then, simply click on the activation URL to activate your coverage.
