Allergy Protection does not provide coverage/reimbursement if:
● The diagnosis letter is not valid
● Product is faulty, defective, expired, subject to factory failure and recall
● Product was used/consumed incorrectly
● Allergic reaction was suffered intentionally
● Allergic reaction was suffered after the insurance period

● Surat diagnosis tidak sah
● Produk rosak, cacat, luput tempoh, tertakluk kepada kegagalan kilang dan penarikan balik
● Produk digunakan/dikonsumsi secara salah
● Reaksi alergi adalah sengaja
● Reaksi alergi berlaku selepas tempoh insurans
