What happens if my Activation is Failed? (Shopee - Cracked Screen Protection)

Your activation failed due to the following reasons when taking a photo of your device:

1. Photo is blurred: The photo is blurred and unclear.
2. Photo is dark: The photo is dark. Brighten the image.
3. Phone is blocked: The photo taken is blocked by an entity, i.e. finger, or an object.
4. Phone is likely cracked: If your phone is protected with a tampered glass or a screen protector, please remove it.
5. Reflection: There is a reflection in the picture that affects the clarity of the picture.
6: Mirror is dirty: The mirror is dirty; kindly clean the mirror before taking the picture.
7. Partially taken: The picture is partially covered.

You will receive either of the above messages and you are required to retake and resubmit accordingly.

4. Peranti kemungkinan retak: Jika telefon anda dilindungi dengan kaca pelindung atau pelindung skrin, sila tanggalkannya.
5. Pantulan: Terdapat pantulan dalam gambar yang mempengaruhi kejelasan gambar.
6. Cermin kotor: Cermin kotor; sila bersihkan cermin sebelum mengambil gambar.
7. Gambar separa diambil: Gambar sebahagian diselindungi.
